feeding eggs

well I would just scramble the eggs and shells mixed as then they will eat the shells for calcium

with 48 birds that will take at least two - three dozen eggs per time

this will deplete your supply fast

any questions email me

I wouldn't feed the shells to young birds. The extra calcium can be harmful to them. Only laying chickens should have the shells or any other calcium suppliment.

Iffin it were me, I'd feed them no more than two dozen at a time. Especially with the young ones. They need the complete nutrition of their growing food.
So maybe two dozen today and the other two dozen later on in the week.
