What to feed chickens at 3 months. and 2 months?

Do you have a feed store near by?
They sell a complete feed for chicks and chickens.
You would want a "starter/grower" until they lay an egg the switch to a "layer".

You could feed Flock Raiser, putting out an extra dish of Oyster Shells when they start laying. I used to start off with Chick Starter, at 18wks put them on Layer, having left over CS at times, fed until gone. I'm allowed only 6 hens therefore end up with left over CS, read I could feed FR to chicks & hens (Oyster Shells on the side). Now I buy a 10# of CS, when that's gone I put them on FR and when they start laying will put a dish of Oyster Shells out. Everyone has their preference....
