Feet losing scales?

Her feet are a little bit poopy because she's been in the coop all day because the hens don't like walking in the snow!
She has multiple little bloody spots on her feet and it looks like her scales are peeling off and in some places they're nonexistent.
Her feet also look kind of raw to me?
Is there anything I should do?

It looks like scaly leg mites. Here is more info, and treatment options. Since you have raw areas I would not use the gasoline method mentioned. I usually use castor oil and work it in with a soft toothbrush. You can use any vegetable oil, vaseline, and some use nu-stock ointment. I can take some time for new scales to come in and replace the lost ones once the mites are gone.
