Feet things?

Are these caleses or stuff stuck to feet do I need to clean them? And I have a question about the chicks going outside can I put them outside in 68ish ° weather and watch them?

How old is the chick? I think it's just crusted on poop or other detritus. Wouldn't hurt to give 'em a gentle foot scrub and maybe take a look at the brooder to see if it needs cleaning.

It looks like crusted poop. If it isn't it might be the start of feet mites. Just give him a gentle scrub and (if it is crusted poop) Then it should be okay.

Use a lukewarm wet wash rag, and let it soak the poop for a couple minutes. It should wipe off when softened.

Make sure the poop isn't cutting circulation off. I have a Cornish rooster that lost 2 toes because I didn't realize in time that it can cause damage
