Fenbenzadole dosage

My flock has a heavy infestation of roundworms. I sell eggs so I can't use a product with a long withdrawal period. Flubendazole has a 0 withdrawal period, but it only available in a powder for poultry in the United Kingdom. I have Fenbendazole paste on hand for horses. Trying to find out how I would dilute in water and use. I can't find any dosage suggestions except for the powder used in the U.K. Thanks.

Threehorses makes a nice reply to a deowrming quesiton and lays it all out very nicely. I am gonna save this info for myself.
