We just got a rooster about 2 1/2 weeks ago he is a silkie crossed with a Ayam Cermani he has been mounting some hens so I got their eggs we have decided to let a broody hen hatch some but we don’t want her to get to broody in case they don’t hatch it’s day 3 and they look speckled inside is that normal ?

Ps the green egg she carried to her nesting box so it’s been in there a day

Sometimes you can see development on day 3, but if you can't, its best to wait until day 5, or day 7. Post some pics on day 5, you should see something by then.
I once candled my own incubated eggs on day 2, and got nervous that I didn't see anything hahah! Then I was able to see development the day after, so that was good. I was incubating Cochin eggs though, and those are really easy to candle, hence being able to see development on day 3.
