, does a girl store the roosters sperm , i mean if you had a roo and now don't how long could the eggs be fertile ?

I believe it is up to 16 days, but it may be more or less.
Ive read up to 6 weeks. Thats why I seperate my chickens for 2 months before I start selling eggs.
