Fertilized Or Rotten Egg?

So one of our girls layed some eggs under the house. Here are some pictures one of them. Is this egg fertilized or rotten? We are in Florida so it has been above 95 for some time now.

I disagree. I think it looks fertile. Rotten eggs don't usually have defined air cells, they just look murky inside.

Well tonight we found out that the egg was rotten, no sign of a chick. OMG the smell! The egg must have been under the house longer than we thought.
