fighting baby chicks

    IS IT NORMAL FOR BABY CHICKS TO FIGHT AND IT CAUSE ANOTHER TO DIE?? AND WHAT CAUSES IT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN MAKING SURE THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING THINGS THEY NEED ATLEAST I THOUGHT!!! ALSO I FOUND ONE DROWNDED AND DEAD. I KNOW YOU CANT SAVE THEM ALL BUT IT IS MY FIRST TIME RAISING THEM AND MAKING SURE I DIDNT DO SOMETHING WRONG,

    How many chicks, and how much space do they have? Most social problems with young chicks result from them not having enough space.

    Well there was 12 in a aquarium tank but now they are in a pin 4by4 I think that's the measurement.

    I think that insufficient space may be at the root of the social problems with your chicks. Arrange your waterer so that chicks can not get into it. Many put marbles in the waterer so that there is not enough depth of water to drown chicks,
