Anyone near Albany, NY area have a place to process meat birds? Thanks!

Have you considered processing them yourself? How many birds do you have to process.

Will these birds be for sale or personal consumption?
If for sale, NY has adopted the 1000 & 20,000 exemption for on-farm processing.
“Exemption” means exempt from the requirement that an inspector be present when slaughtering and processing is taking place; it does not mean being exempt from any regulation.
