Let me do the math here... maybe the dimensions are hard to tell in the image... looks like maybe two 5x5 sections connected by a 5x5 corner then. So that's 25 + 25 + 25 SF = 75 SF. General rule of thumb is 3 SF per chicken in the coop... so that is 25 chickens.

So I guess 30 is about right! Nice coop.
