I picked up two salmon faverolle chicks this morning from a local farm. They are five days old. I am unsure of their sex. What is the little nub on their belly by their vent? Also, at five days, can they still be sexed by their feathers? It looks like one may be male and one may be female by the feather rows but I am about 5% sure...LOL. Thanks for any help.
