Hello! This is all new to me. My 7 month old D’Uccle is broody, diligently sitting on 4 eggs. They looked good a week ago and judged they were all around 4-8 days old. They all look very strange now. Have they died? I can’t find any example pics that look like these. Sorry - photos are terrible quality. I don’t see any blood rings but I also can’t see a ton of blood vessels like before. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Worst case scenario, if you want her to raise babies, IDEAL is located in Texas and they don't have a minimum number for chicks, you just have to get at least 30 bucks worth
Wait for day ten if you are unsure.
We don’t need any more chickens for now (we’ll give them away), but my daughter wanted the experience. We’re supposed to go out of town but I don’t want to miss the hatch and then come home to a possibly trampled chick. All our chickens are young and rambunctious. That’s why I was trying to get a better idea of how old they are, if they’re even still developing.
Anyway, thanks!
