Hello all! So excited! Our Silver Laced Wyandottes have started to lay eggs! I have gotten 5 so far. Question and may sound funny but when can we start eating the eggs? How long do they last outside, it gets up in the 90's to 100's here and 70's at night. Since they just started within the last few days not sure when the eggs would go bad? We found 3 in the laying box and one in our shrubs. Chickens are locked in the coop at night and free range during the day. So far the eggs are small will they get bigger?
Thanks in advance
