Don't sweat the fine details too much.
-If you feel the need to candle (say at Days 7, 10 and 14) and it takes you more time than you expected, and the eggs start to cool slightly...don't worry. They will be fine.
-If the power goes out for a day and it's 70 degrees inside the incubator, don't worry. They will be fine (thought they may hatch a day late).
-If the first hatchlings pop out and start playing football with the other eggs, don't worry. They will be fine.

I can wholeheartedly agree with that! Chickens are not nearly as picky about details as I am, and they still get better results. [IMG]
In a three week span, I lost power, over heated, over cooled, and they still did fine.
[IMG] Good luck! (and keep us posted!!!)
