first hatched chicks

So I have a barred bantam hen Who is free range (She's mean to my others ) and I went out to feed and she had 16 chicks I didn't even know she was laying on a nest. I don't really want to keep all being I don't need anymore roosters can I seperate after a week

You will have to keep longer than a week to tell which are roos

You will need to wait 3-4 weeks to know which ones are cockerels.

But how will I tell my other chicks I bought I waited months to tell apart?
