First night out of the brooder in the coop

My chicks are 3.5 weeks old, and most are pretty well feathered. A few are only about 2/3 feathered. For the past week they have been loose in the coop during the day and then put in the brooder (stock tank with hardware cloth lid) in the coop at night. They were starting to get harder to put away each night, so last tonight we took the brooder out and left them loose in the coop. They have been using a MHP since day 1, and I put it in the corner of the coop. Also turned on a ceramic heat bulb near the MHP. Our temps have been mid -70s in the nights and 80-95 during the day. Have been so nervous I got up at 1 am to check them. The most nerve wracking part was seeing a rat snake headed to the door of the coop right after we got them settled for the night on roosts/MHP.

The coop is a 10x12 stall solid on two sides and cattle panels/chicken wire on the other two.

Will be going out to check them in about an hour. So nervous. 😅
