Well I gave the chicks a little yard space and it took a while for them to come out. They want more yard that I am working on. But here is the first one out. [IMG] And here are some of the follwers. [IMG] [IMG]

[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] It seems that they like the old goat house better than their coop! [IMG]

I am not sure what kind that one is. I will have to get a better picture today and see if anyone can tell. It has been more addictive to work by the coop. Well try to work, I keep stopping to look at them. [IMG]

well, they are just gorgeous. I know what you mean about looking at them. I go outside to work in the yard and end up sitting in the coup with the chicks that are almost five weeks old now. They hop up on my knees or peck at my legs. LOL I could spend all day in there with them. [IMG]

What pretty girls ya got there. Yeah, they're doing what chickens do, being chicken! [IMG]
So funny to watch them just fall over when they find a sunny spot to lay. [IMG]

The middle chicken in your second posting of photos looks like a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte. They sure are pretty birds. [IMG]

Thank you for all the nice comments. Here is a pic of one of my barred rock leghorn mix roos. [IMG] He is alot younger than the others. I can not believe the size of the comb and how red at a young age. He is also the first to be crowing. [IMG]
