First-time chicken mama

Hello Fellow Chicken Parents,

My family and I are just beginning to get our little homestead going and we became parents to 11 Wyandottes 3 weeks ago. We are adding to our flock next month and are getting 7 Black Giants, 5 Pearl White Leghorns and 4 different polish breeds (for my daughters' 4H program). I'm excited for all of the help and information we will receive by being part of BYC.
