they are good but I dont like duck eggs I tried to eat one and it just makes me gag

i looked at my first eggs and thought ugh no way.. so they sat for a week.. then i decided to try french toast.. they were so orange. i never saw yolks like that before. so i tasted it and no different.. then i got brave and tried scrambled eggs. it was hard to swallow lol.. i guess i kept thinking about my fertile eggs .. so now it is a month later and i am able to eat them.. slowly.. what a mental block i have lol. and what is funny is before i had hens i used to buy eggs from the farmer down the road.. ate his just fine.. i know strange huh

thats what Im going to do. but we are getting so many I might have to freeze them and use them later. I use to do all kinds of baking no so much anymore, just really dont have the heart to do it like I use to.
