I am currently on day 23 of incubating my eggs. I have a basic styrofoam incubator and everything seemed well. Monday morning (day 21) 2-3 eggs were wiggling around. By Monday afternoon, they had stopped and there has been no movement since then. The thermometer was at an awkward position and was being read wrong so the incubator had been about 3-4 degrees too low from Late Monday afternoon until this morning (Wednesday) we turned it back up early this morning, but is it too late?
