First time incubating

Hi put down my first batch of eggs and 1 just began pipping this morning, Day 20. How long does it take for them to hatch?

Welcome to BYC. It can take from 4-36 hours to hatch after pipping. How many eggs do you put in your incubator?

thanks, I put 15 in this first time a mixture of araucana and weindotts and I have some new eggs arriving tomorrow and was hoping to put them in as soon as the first lot have completed hatching. How many days beyond the 21 do I give this first clutch?

go to about 25 then it's over i think

The latest I've had an egg hatch was on day 25. If you still have unhatched eggs after day 22-23 candle them to see if there's any sign of life.
