Hi all, my wonderful hubby got me the farm innovations incubator with egg turner for Christmas, i have 14 light Brahma eggs ready to hatch, 2 days left and 1 chick decided to make an entrance this morning, none of the eggs are peeping or pipping and this little chick is peeping like crazy in the incubator, do i move her to the brooder by herself or leave her in the incubater?

Hi, welcome to BYC! :frow

Moving the chick to a brooder won't stop it from being mad. I personally would leave it. And probably ask a few more questions..

So you are on day 19 and this chick is fully hatched, fluffed, and bumping into other eggs? Does your incubator have a fan? Did you move the eggs to different places in the incubator throughout incubation? How many thermometers did you use?

They are fine without food for up to three days. I would leave the lonely one it but give it food and water after 24 hours if there are no pips on the other eggs. Hopefully you will get a hatch mate for it soon!
