First time outside in the grass *pictures*

    I let the 3 week old gang free range on the grass for a half hour today (it was only 50 degrees and a bit windy, so they wanted back in the coop!!). It was so funny, they didn't wander very far at all, and a butterfly overhead sent them scrambling to the safety of a hay bale.
    But they did some scratching and bug eating, so I'd say they enjoyed it.

    I disturbed them by opening the coop door at nap time. [​IMG]
