First time worming,need dosage help please

Hi, I wormed my 3 year old hens 10 days ago with Wazine. I know I should reworm now, but cant find the info I need in BYC. I have horse Fenbendazole paste and Zimectrin Gold paste on hand.

Which one should I use and how much?
Pea size?
How to administer- syringe? or will they eat it out of my hand?

Are your hens molting? I have read that fenbendazole should not be used during the molt.

Also I have read that you can put meds on bread to get them to take something that is a paste.

Don't forget to toss eggs, most on BYC I have read say at least 2 weeks, but please read up on some of the threads for yourself if you need this info.

There are lots of threads on Valbazen (albendazole) also.
