First timer here...help

Ok so we got our girls last night...and I think one might actually be a boy. We got to RIR and two Americaunas (I think). Is the one in the photo a male? Also is it an Americauna?

From my experience, that's a female Americauna. I had a girl that looked just like that. Even the females are really pretty. Also, her face isn't red and heavily combed like a rooster would be. She should be a good hen for you

That's a female, but it's not an Ameraucana. It's an Easter Egger--she isn't one of the standard, required, Ameraucana colors. This link might help you out. http://www.ameraucana.org/faq.html
