    Welcome to BYC![IMG]

Yes, you can give chickens apples. However, I've found that not all chickens seem to like apples. My birds don't really care for them. But, you should certainly try giving some to yours! All birds have different likes and enjoy different treats.

Yes, apples are perfectly fine to feed chickens. [IMG] Some birds like them, while others don't, but it doesn't hurt to try and see if yours enjoy them.

    Good luck with your chickens!

    Welcome to BYC!

We throw whole apples in the run for our chickens when our apple trees are bearing. They get all the ones that are too small- and they eat them all up!

I throw the cores in the run whenever we have apples from the store.
