I've gotten my first tomatoes and first bell pepper of the season. [IMG] [IMG]

Now I need recipes for freezing what I hope will be a great tomato and pepper crop this year.

    Yay! Looks good!

We haven't gotten tomatoes yet, but the yellow squash, cukes and green beans have been great. Nothing better than the first cucumber. [IMG]

Have you ever visited the BYC sister sites? There are links to them all at the bottom of every page.
    I really enjoy www.TheEasyGarden.com

There might be a zillion ways to freeze on there.

I'm jealous! All I'm getting are cukes so far.

I've been making pickles like a crazy person. I have a wonderful bread and butter pickle recipe and a really gread Claussen clone. As long a the cucumbers hold out I'll be making pickles.

I'll check out the garden forum...thanks!
