Five day old silkie

I just got my 8 beautiful silkies Monday. Our first ever and we are in love! But, Im worried about one baby girl. She is the smallest and we noticed she is breathing heavy and sleeping a lot. She also has a some wing feathers missing. Any helpful things I should do? Or ideas on what issues she may be having.

We had a chick do that when we first got our chicks. Day one was okay, but day two she was wheezing and lethargic, and the other chicks had pecked her little beak raw. I separated her from the more aggressive chicks, and just took a hands off approach. Any time I picked her up to do anything with her it stressed her out and caused her breathing to become even more labored. I just knew she was going to die, but she got stronger every day, and by day 5 she was back to normal. She is currently the friendliest chick in my flock.
