Flan Cake Recipe and picture posed 06-30-2007 on CopyKat.com by Nuisance Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Spray (metal) bunt pan heavily with Pam. Pour 1/4 cup caramel ice cream syrup in bottom of pan. Mix 1 yellow cake mix per directions on box Pour on top of Carmel in bunt pan. Mix in blender: 4 eggs 1 large can Eagle Brand Milk (not restaurant size)(sweetened condensed milk) 1 large can Evaporated Milk (not restaurant size) Pour over cake mix in Bunt pan. Cook in water bath for 1 hour in preheated oven. Take out of oven and let sit in water bath for an additional 15min. Cool Cake completely before removing from bunt pan onto platter.
