Flock has mycoplasma, down to one chicken

Hello!

I got three pullets from a breeder this spring, and then added a rooster a few weeks later. Over the summer, all but one hen died. I took each of them to vet, but ultimately, the vet tested and found they had a mycoplasma infection, and had likely gotten it from the breeder’s flock.

I now have one hen. She doesn’t seem lonely, but she was very social with the other chickens. She’s perfectly healthy, but has this underlying mycoplasma infection. I don’t want to rehome Her because she’d spread the infection to a new flock. I also don’t know if adding more chickens is a good idea - I lost the other three, and I don’t want to feel like I’m throwing chickens to a grinder. She’s happy and bouncy, so I’m not sure what to do. Does anyone have any experience here? What do I do?

Thank you!
