Hey all. I have a pullet (I think!) and her hind quarters are getting floofy, with a couple of stragglers sticking out and pointing up. Is my very sweet girl actually a boy?

not sure from that angle how old it is, but when i 'accidentally' had a rooster (it was very young) in my flock it would "attempt" to crow.
Have you hear any strange noises from her/him? (sorta sounding like a crow?)

The hiney doesn't concern me as much as that comb. I'm thinking cockerel.
