Fluctuations of humidity

I have had issues in the humidity baring so much the past 3 days it has went from 40% to 65 % but now has settled around 60% will that be an issue it's been just the first 3 days of incubation

Yes. That is WAY too high. Take water out and use the dry incubation method. Basically, unless you are in a very dry area, don't add water at all until day 18 when you enter lockdown. Then, the humidity should be about 60%-70%.

How high? If it is above 35% remove the vent plug.

Looked for a vent plug no plug so I have the lid off just enough to vent unit it's down to 40 now temp is ok it's at 37.3

I read your intro, how awful to lose almost all your flock like that! I really hope you get a bunch of little chicks, and you can find a rooster soon.
