Fluffy at 7 weeks

Fluffy is a rescue, and we have no idea.

Looks barred, and has yellow feet with a slight dark wash. 7 weeks.

It looks like maybe a Barred Rock? If that's so, then the gender is confusing me. Normally, a BR pullet has darker feathers, like Fluffy, and cockerels have lighter feathers. But, Fluffy has a really big comb for 7 weeks, and the tail looks curved.
I'm going to say cockerel for now.
