I can only imagine what they were thinking!Oh, the poor cashier at the pharmacy! Reminds me of my chicken first aid/ personal shopping trip last yearI picked up some yeast infection cream (for some crop issues) preparation H (for a prolapse) and seeing as I was there some personal lubricant (for checking for egg binding), as well as my mom’s incontinence products, my own feminine hygiene products, a bulk bottle of naproxen, and dairy digestive aids, a bottle of Pepsi, and a $200 prepaid CC for online shopping. The cashier started out a little chatty, but as she rang it up, the conversation just tapered off for some reason?

Just look at that beautiful sheen!View attachment 2507799 Sitting pretty.
We will gladly do so.We don’t get nice, fluffy snow here... we get heavy wet stuff, I really detest it. Dry cold snow you can dress for, and function in, but our stuff soaks you through with ice cold water. It’s heavy enough to snap huge limbs off the trees here. There’s nothing quiet or peaceful about it most times. The sound of falling timber and branches is like gunshots, loud and piercing. Not to mention the freezing slush on the city roads, and all the people that have no clue how to drive in it! Granted snow on our road actually improves traction over our usual winter conditions, of greasy thick mud. You can keep your snow, thanks... even the fun fluffy dry stuff.![]()

That second picture of Nora is amazing!! I'd totally get that framed.

54f light rain here. Chance of being bitten by my rooster. 85%![]()
I’m not complaining!I can’t get over how different this summer is from last; last summer we were on fire, this summer we’re getting rain for two-week stretches!
