Awwww he’s crying!

The smaller chickens - Piglet, Pooh, and Cookie - put their heads inside and swivel their heads round to eat the flesh above them. I believe poor Mr. Pumpkinhead is now almost entirely empty inside.

Troubling dropping

Someone has passed this dropping, I think maybe Jaffarra, but not sure.

It appears to be some sort of grass or hay twined up. On the up side I didn’t see any parasites/worms.

I wonder what has gotten Mozzarella so curious. Tony also looked up after I took this photo.

And of course Raven just had to look at me as if to ask if she can be in the photo, too. How unfortunate that Tony's face is covered with a rusty stick...

Old English Game Birds are absolutely beautiful, they remind me a lot of the Fayoumi. Idk about their “typical” personality though. I trust your experience though and I found internet chicken personality to be more miss than hit lol. I will add them to the list! Petra is a cutie .

Well, it happened again. I’m in hospital for a day or two. My breathing became very difficult. My balance impossible, and no appetite for any food for three days! Test results leaning towards kidney failure, liver disease and dangerously low blood pressure.
But I have high hopes for a complete recovery. I miss my birds terribly. And driving is out of the question, let alone flying.

Oh Alex. That sounds rough. So sorry to hear you are going through that.

I have so many connections to my body right now. IV, heart monitor, Blood pressure monitor, oxygen, and something on my finger I don’t understand. Some kind of tube attached to my ear. My nurse is kind, but she’s been very busy. I saw patients in gurneys lining the walls waiting for treatment. I was very fortunate to not have to wait long. Paul, my wingman took me here. Kenny has been watching over me too. I’m so privileged to have friends.
