Only one of my seven hens has a really fluffy butt. She seems to be the ruler of thw roost. The others have sparser feathers, but no actual bare skin. I have read that fluffy butts are an indication that the chickens are healthy. They all get fed from a hanging feeder, so they have equal opportunity for feed. Any ideas about why one is especially fluffy and the others aren't?
