Fly control?

Is there anything besides DE that I can spread/spray in the coop to stop the flies? There must be hundreds of both house flies and stable flies swarming in my run. Directing me to another post is great too. I couldn't find too much other than the DE topic, though. Thanks!

I was just about to post this too. Babies have only been in the brooder on the porch for 3 days now and the flies are arriving. I clean that dang thing out at least 3 to 4 times a day. I don't have a good solution but I'll be watching to see what people recommend. Thanks for posting this!

Maggot can would be a win/win situation, you'd be able to feed your bird nice organic meals of maggots, & be riddin' the planet of this filthy scavengers one BYC coop at a time!
