Foamy eyes?!

Foamy/bubbly eye can be a sign Mycoplasma.

Flush the eye and apply Terramycin in the eye 2-3 times a day.

The Amtyl may help if it's Mycoplasma, it has enough Tylosin in it to hopefully be effective. Amoxicillin is not effective against MG since it has no cell wall.

I noticed today my hens eyes are watery/foamy. What could be the cause of this?

Respiratory infection or bad ventilation in the coop (high amonia gas level can cause like bubbles in their eyes)
