Starter and grower or all flock feed are almost identical. It's your choice since either all will work fine.

My flock gets an all flock feed all the time. I'm expecting new chicks to hatch today or tomorrow. They will get all flock feed from the beginning. I've been doing this for a number of years, and the chicks do great. It's so much easier than feeding layer to the laying hens, all flock feed to roosters and non-laying hens, and chick starter to baby chicks. The laying hens have oyster shell, and everyone gets what they need without worrying someone will eat a feed they shouldn't be getting.
