Foot Issue

Can you advise what this might be and how to treat

Looks like Bumblefoot, which is an infection on the foot - it can be on top, bottom, between the toes, etc. What does the bottom of the foot look like?
Can you post a photo of the other foot - is it swollen too?

Thank you for the reply other foot is normal. My Vet is taking care of the issue on Sat. It is Bumblefoot.
