These are not the typical yellow legged ones, these are white legged.

Mazdacrzy thanks for your pick up order of the RIR's yesterday.

I sold out of fertile Barred Rocks this morning but will have more to ship on Tuesday afternoon/Wednesday.

If any of you are nearby or want to drive, please just pm or phone me and I'll be glad to let you know how many eggs we have or if you want to call a few days ahead (say 2-3) I'll reserve eggs for you.

Many thanks! Well, I must run and bottle feed 5 baby kids...Hope you are having a great day.

Quote:Where you did get white legged RIR? The APA standard is for yellow legs.
I have never seen a white legged RIR.

It is actually a pale yellow said my husband. I'm not color blind but sometimes shades are difficult for me to describe. Perhaps I should reword my posting.

Thanks for helping me on this. Byc'ers are the best and most helpful.

I'll try to repost more photos tomorrow so you can see. If I can figure how to zoom in on the legs. My dear hubbie is our family photographer and we must make more chicken pens tomorrow. Many thanks.
