i saw your post right before I went out to take a pic of my "maybe" broody hen...so I went ahead and walked up to Billie and just called her name and she squatted.....she always does.....now where is my egg!!! LOL

she's such a tiny little thing its hard to tell that she is even squating

thanks...but i think she is the only one NOT laying. And thankfully our rooster doesnt even notice her. He would probably break her back!

yes she's my little doll ...I just had to run out into a total down pour and grab her up....poor little thing was spinning in circles not knowing what to do...and all the other chickens had ran into the coop already.

She got her name because when she was little I thought she looked like Billy Idol...........
see the resemblance........

but she grew into a sweet girl, so her real name is Crystal Billie. shes very fragile.
