So i find a pigeon baby fully feathered but unable to fly from street we saved him from dog as they were chasing him badly I'm caring him from 6-7 days now
Poop normal firm brown
Eyes Normal
Nose normal
Breathing Slightly Fast (Maybe Because He's A Growing Baby)
Feeding Appetite Normal
Drinking Normal
Sleepy All Day
Lethargic Today
Today I Find A Flat Looking Almost Looks Like A Ramen Noodle Kinda Thing Hanging From His Vent (Colca) i hope i spell this correct i feel like it's lining from far but it's not lining because lining when i look at it closely i was sure it's a Tapeworm

After Googling it still find the correct answer Tapeworm or Flatworm
Ordered some Alendazole 10% now i want to ask that I have my pet chickens and pet birds in my home so should I give them deworming drug?


Also I know how to give this to chickens but not aware about Pigeons dose any ideas ?

I dont recommend giving a pigeon albendazole, it can cause toxic effects in pigeons. I recommend praziquantel.
There is no need to worm your chickens for tapeworms. Tapeworms require a host, an infected insect, eaten by one of your chickens. You would see white rice-like segments in feces.

Hi I'm unable to find the mentioned medicine i try all over the city but unfortunately they don't have they said in india they don't made individual Praziquantel the salt is with combination with some other medicine so what u will suggest the seller Said to give Alendazole I have 25mg suspension Alendazole
