Robins are a pretty easy bird- It should be okay. It’s sleepy and might be cold. Is there a heating pad or heater near it so it doesn’t get cold? That bird looks about 2 weeks old, and it should be okay, just keep feeding it worms. There are also many helpful and informative videos on YouTube, and those will help you. All the best!

he is a fledgeling, his Momma was probably still caring for him, also most likely he is underfed not overfed. could you set him in the yard and step back and see if his Momma finds him? also if you don't have lots of worms you can give him banana or dog or cat food soaked in hot water.

It might be cold, it still needs a heat source at that age. Try a heating pad on low, with padding between the bird and heat pad. You can also put him in your shirt to warm him. I'd check him for mites first before I did that, though. Your best bet is to take him to the nearest wildlife rehab, IMO. Everyone wants to raise them themselves, but if you don't know what you're doing, it can end badly.
