I let my hens free range on weekends and a few minutes in the evening if there is day light left. Today I found a nest with a dozen eggs in it. Some of which I know were layed today as my count was way down as it was yesterday. I do not know how old the rest of the eggs are. What do you do if you find eggs in this way?

Make a quiche? If it hasn't been sweating hot where you are, they've been chilled for however many days...
    Good luck

    greathorse,
you never know what you might find in an outdoor nest. A couple years ago I found a feral kitten in with the eggs.
