Found this on my chickens stomach!! Please help!!

Very long story, about three weeks ago and we remodeled our chicken coop, and Luna hasn’t been laying since. She had no problems I checked her and I thought maybe it was just the stress. Well about two days ago I started noticing her abdomen was very hard and swollen and she was not being herself. Not eating, walking weird, not coming for treats, comb is droopy. And that’s also when I noticed her bumble foot. I have been treating it with some Veterycin and Vaseline. I see some improvement definitely, I’m glad I caught it when I did it’s very mild. Anyway I gave her an Epsom salt bath yesterday thinking she was egg bound but I feel no egg! I also gave her some vet RX and her water, but then I noticed this on her stomach....

There is, unfortunately no cure for a hernia, except for sugery. I had a chicken with a hernia. She lived another two years.
I have had no experience with ascites, so I'll tag some people who could tell you more. @Eggcessive @Wyorp Rock

Hmm should the belly be soft? Hers is very hard...

Looks like a breast blister. It's like a sore that some chicken develop where their body makes contact with roosting bars or if they are not well and sit/lay down a lot, they can develop a sore too.

Just keep it cleaned and apply triple antibiotic ointment. Hopefully it will heal up soon.
If she's not laying eggs and her abdomen below the vent between her legs is swollen or fluid filled, then she may be having some reproductive difficulties which can be common in laying hens too.

Hmm, checked the coop nothing sticking out, we have bark chips in our run... Does it look serious?

If it is a puncture wound, treatment would be antibiotics. The hardness of her abdomen could be inflammation. A raging infection can be deadly if it goes septic so treatment should start right away.....IF it is indeed a puncture.
