Found this rooster living in the woods next to my house!!! Help I want to catch him!! Someone droppe

    I found this hen living in the woods next to my house and have been feeding her. I would like to know if anyone has anyclue on the breed of this hen.. Thanks in advance.
    [​IMG] It is white with a goldish tan color feathers around the next and black/blue/green feathers on the bum!!

    First of all, how cool is that? You should totally keep her (can you get a closer picture? To make sure she's a she?). Get her her own hen house and all that stuff. She looks like she could be some kind of Light Sussex cross. Something like this sussex cross rooster:

    It is very cool.. We are actually in the process of building a coop. All we have left to do is put up the fence. I actually thought about catching her and keeping her, she's beautiful.. I hope its not a he :)

    I believe it's a rooster. Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like a light sussex roo.
