Any help on breed determination would be appreciated. I think it's around 10 weeks old but I'm fairly inexperienced. Also, any thoughts on if its a hen or a roo? Thanks!

It is a pullet, but I'm not sure about breed.

    Agreed.

A breed is a certain type of chicken, with its own distinct body shape, skin color, comb, and characteristics. "Pullet" refers to a female chicken younger than a year old, of any breed.

Not a rooster. It looks like you found a blue Asil pullet.
