Four month old rooster

HI! Captain Took was given to me as a chick for free. However, because of this I did not know gender or breed. We have determined that he is a rooster, but we are still unsure of breed. Neck is black and orange, and all the rest of his feathers are a deep blue/green color that looks black in certain light.

Does he have feathered feet? What color are his feet?

His feet are yellow, there are no feathers on them.

Looks like a mixed breed rooster to me.
